Meet the CEO
Joseph Fisher has been the president and CEO of The Notice Company, Inc., since its inception in 1996, handling class action settlements for nearly three decades. He has over 45 years of experience practicing law, from Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. to his own Fisher Law Offices in Massachusetts. He has published works in the fields of law and economics and held teaching positions at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Yale University and Roger Williams University.
His extensive experience in municipal governance includes roles as chair of the Hingham Select Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Commission. His volunteerism has led him to serve as president of the board of directors for The Ronald McDonald House in Washington, D.C., as well as president of the boards of trustees for Congregation Sha’aray Shalom and the Old Colony Montessori School in Hingham, MA.
Joe holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude from Wesleyan University. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
